About The Role
- 负责PMO（项目管理办公室）体系的建设与持续优化，包括项目管理流程、模板、工具、方法论及知识库的制定与推广。
- 统筹管理组织内重点项目组合，开展项目立项评审、进度监控、风险预警、资源协调及交付质量评估。
- 组织项目复盘与绩效分析，定期输出项目健康度报告、PMO运营分析报告及管理改进建议，支撑管理层决策。
- 主导项目管理能力体系建设，包括项目经理梯队培养、认证支持（如PMP/PRINCE2）、赋能培训及胜任力建模。
- 协同各业务部门推进跨职能项目协同机制落地，推动项目治理标准化、数字化与可视化管理。
- 本科及以上学历，项目管理、信息技术、工商管理、工程类等相关专业优先；具备PMP、PgMP或NPDP等专业认证者优先。
- 具备5年以上项目管理或PMO相关工作经验，其中至少3年在中大型企业担任PMO负责人、高级项目管理顾问或项目总监等角色。
- 熟悉主流项目管理方法论（如PMBOK、Agile、Hybrid），熟练运用Jira、Microsoft Project、Power BI或类似项目管理与数据分析工具。
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、系统性思维及复杂问题解决能力，能独立推动流程优化与组织级项目治理落地。
- 具有信息化系统建设、研发管理、大型集成类项目或集团化PMO建设经验者优先。
