Product Owner

• Experience working with digital products in an international context. • Very good English skills, both written and spoken. • Good documentation skills and knowledge of current IT topics (e.g. Domain Driven Design, IoT, REST, Cloud, etc.) • Previous experience in digital product development as a Product Owner. • You feel at home in an Agile and DevOps environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc. • Background in software engineering and good analytical skills. • Experience as a developer is an advantage • Interest Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with ever-changing requirements. • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with ever-changing requirements.
• Responsible for "maximizing business value" for his product; • Responsible for the success of a product in the automotive IoT context; • Responsible for functional dependencies; • Ensure the technical, functional and non-functional requirements for your product are considered by working closely with the team. • Take care of new and existing services with constant involvement of the customer and together with the team; • You account for delivery, quality and technical documentation; • Management of the product backlog for the further development of the product as part of an agile development process in consultation with stakeholders and other product owners; • Supporting technical and architecture decisions, you ensure the operational readiness of your team; • In charge of validating the development of new concepts and economically viable use cases; • Take care of coordination between stakeholders, other teams and your team within an agile development framework; • Manage the product backlog, the product vision and strategy in cooperation with your agile development team, while always keeping an eye on maximizing value; • Control of several internal and external cross-functional development teams; • Write user stories and transform complex problems into clearly articulated objectives; • Foster the use of Agile and DevOps by providing KPIs, goals and visions; • Put your leadership abilities into play, serving the team and foster continuous improvement; • Be part of the team and help improving the product as well as solve blockers.

Minimum 3 years of experience; Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise. Quality of work Knowledge and experience, Collaboration, Commitment, Representing the Organization Advanced or Fluent English
