Senior Manager - Development - Residential

We seek a skilled Senior Manager - Development to join our dynamic Residential Business Unit, focusing on creating vibrant residential communities that reflect our vision of excellence and innovation.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee various aspects of residential development, from the initial planning phase through to project execution. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that our residential projects align with quality standards, sustainability principles, and the needs of future residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Qiddiya.
• Actively engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning efforts.
• Supervise project teams while collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure our developments meet current demands and future expectations.
• Deliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in residential development management.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful residential projects, with a comprehensive understanding of all development phases.
• Strong background in real estate markets within the Middle East region.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools, ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting.
