Job Description

CoxHealth’s Door Greeter plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors, patients, and staff members entering the facility. This position is responsible for greeting individuals, providing directions, offering assistance, and ensuring compliance with CoxHealth entry protocols.Education:

• Preferred: High school diploma or Equivalent

Experience

• Preferred: Prior customer service experience

Skills

• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience is preferred, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with visitors, patients, and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
