Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned

• Monitor resources to maintain unit staffing standards and promote world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborates with the team to support a healthy work environment.
• Assists with and/or facilitates resolution or management of customer issues/concerns/comments.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing effective January 2017 (with the exception of staff previously granted grandfather status).
• Licensure: Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• Experience: One year of nursing experience; specialty certification preferred.
• Required to maintain current BLS. Specific departments may also require current ACLS or PALS.
