Join our Risk Assurance Services (RAS) innovation and transformation team, where we help clients unlock value through AI, automation, and digital transformation. We combine consulting expertise with cutting-edge technology to redesign document-heavy processes and create scalable solutions. You will collaborate with business, technical, and AI specialists on high-impact projects across multiple industries.

About your manager

Martin works as a Team Leader in the Document Automation team, leading a team responsible for Product and Business Development for both internal Czech and international PwC clients, as well as external clients. Martin and his team are creating complex solutions for their clients using the top tier technology. He focuses on building trust and strong relationships both within the team and with the clients. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing and all kinds of outdoor activities.

Job description & summary

As an experienced leader within our innovation and transformation activities, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our capabilities in AI-powered document automation solutions.

You will

• Define and drive innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled document automation.
• Design and lead the implementation of document automation solutions, including AI-supported document processing and workflow optimisation.
• Improve document-heavy processes through intelligent handling of unstructured information.
• Identify opportunities where AI-driven document automation can create measurable client value.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of AI-skilled professionals (2 members), setting priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders on AI, automation, and document transformation roadmaps. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development through solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

What matters to us

• 4+ years of experience in innovation, AI, automation, digital transformation, consulting, or related delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in document processing and automation.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating small specialist teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation projects from opportunity shaping through delivery.
• Professional fluency in English.
