Quality Control Supervisor - 1st shift schedule (6:00am - 2:30pm)

Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quality control operations, supervising inspection activities, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and industry quality standards. This role oversees in-process and finished product inspections, manages testing activities, conducts audits, and ensures adherence to ISO 9001 requirements. The supervisor investigates customer complaints, performs root cause analysis, and drives corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, the position supports process improvements, lean initiatives, waste reduction, and continuous improvement efforts. Additional responsibilities include managing inspection team performance, training staff, overseeing the RMA process, recommending quality tools and technologies, and fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
