What Drives You? VDOT’s Fredericksburg District is seeking an experienced and results-driven Inventory Manager to lead complex, district-wide inventory programs and ensure accountability, compliance, and operational excellence. This position provides strategic oversight of inventory systems, by ensuring compliance of equipment and assets, procurement-related activities, financial reporting, and records management while developing policies, procedures, and performance measures that support effective operations. The successful candidate will provide leadership to staff, promote strong internal controls, resolve audit findings, and partner with stakeholders across the District to safeguard VDOT resources and continuously improve program performance.
