Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a logistics coordinator for a job specialising in imports/exports. You'll be joining a team of three in an amazing company with great benefits and long-term stability. Ideal for someone with a degree or equivalent experience in logistics, procurement, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate supplier invoices against approved pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation.

Identify discrepancies, pricing variances, and billing issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice-related matters.

Maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to established company policies and procedures.

Monitor invoice processing deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Support continuous improvement efforts related to invoice verification and validation processes.
