Courteously greet and welcome guests to the M Club Lounge, ensuring hotel's standards of service. Engage with the customers and create personal connections by assisting with concierge needs such as directions, local recommendations, etc. Facilitate guest use of the M Club’s technology offerings and concierge amenities. Assist in preparing the M Club for breakfast buffet service, all day snack and evening offerings appropriate for the scheduled shift. Maintain the cleanliness of the room at all times. Monitor and anticipate the guests' needs and all phases of the operation; including assisting guests with the coffee machine or taking alcoholic drink orders. Pay: $16 per hour
