Senior / Lead IFS Finance Consultant (IGT1)

About the role

• We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Finance modules in IFS Cloud.
• You will own the Finance workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Configure GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
• Drive data migration and financial reconciliation
• Support integrations (banking, payroll, external systems)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live cutover activities
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-Live
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead the Finance workstream

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years ERP Finance consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live support
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred
• This role requires occasional international travel to support business and operational needs. The incumbent should be willing and able to undertake assignments in Kenya and other designated locations, with travel durations ranging from 2 to 4 weeks at a time, as required.
