We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Logistics to join our team and partner with our Logistics leadership in delivering a progressive people strategy that supports operational excellence, workforce capability and sustainable business growth.

About The Role

As HR Business Partner – Logistics, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while maintaining a strong and visible HR presence across our operational sites.

You will translate business priorities and growth plans into practical people initiatives, using workforce data and operational insights to identify emerging trends, manage people risks and develop solutions that improve engagement, retention, productivity and performance.

This is a hands-on business partnering role suited to an HR professional who understands the pace and complexity of logistics, supply chain, warehousing or other large-scale operational environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Logistics leadership to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with business priorities, operational demand and future growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying workforce risks, opportunities and practical solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting and forecasting to ensure headcount aligns with productivity, service and cost objectives.
  • Support organisation design and change initiatives, including warehouse expansion, restructuring, automation and transformation.
  • Build talent and succession pipelines for critical roles and strengthen career pathways across the Logistics function.
  • Keep informed of logistics, supply chain, workforce and technology trends and assess their impact on future capability requirements.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, absence, performance management and terminations.
  • Ensure people practices remain consistent with UAE labour legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain a visible presence across operational sites, building trusted relationships with frontline employees, supervisors and leaders.
  • Use employee listening, engagement activities and workforce insights to identify concerns and implement practical actions.
  • Monitor key people indicators, including attrition, absence, overtime, productivity and workforce utilisation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on high-volume frontline and specialist recruitment, including permanent, temporary and third-party workforce solutions.
  • Work with Learning & Development to identify capability gaps and strengthen frontline, supervisory and leadership capability.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, reward cycles and compensation processes.
  • Support Emiratisation and relevant GCC nationalisation priorities.
  • Ensure accurate HR data, reporting, dashboards, systems and governance.
  • Lead, coach and develop the HR team, creating a proactive, commercially focused and high-performing function.
  • Strengthen people-management capability across Logistics, enabling managers to take greater ownership and accountability for their teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A graduate or postgraduate qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years’ HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
  • Strong business-partnering experience gained within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, retail distribution, e-commerce or another fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, performance management and talent development.
  • The ability to interpret people data and workforce trends and convert insights into practical business solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A strong command of English, with Arabic considered an advantage.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships and develop high-performing teams.
