Summary

Drive the Lean Six Sigma Culture Deployment in Nantong Site.

Responsibilities Include

• -
• Drive the use of Lean Six Sigma tools / methodology etc., problem solving and direct/steer projects in key process areas.
• -
• Review progresses and issues of key initiative to business leadership and process teams.
• -
• Find areas of improvement, and start projects on his/her own.
• -
• Train and educate employees on six sigma concepts and tools;
• -
• Conduct appropriate Six Sigma trainings (GB, Process Owners and Lean) as per requirements.
• -
• Run black belts projects with appropriate six sigma tool and DMAIC methodology.
• -
• Facilitate key projects for the Process owners : Value stream maps & LSS projects
• -
• Work with MBB/BB for replication of best practices and benchmarking
• -
• Deploy and Manage the Productivity program: Develop and execute productivity plan working with process owners. Lead Site VCP (Variable Cost Productivity) improvement.
• -
• Improving processes by collecting and analyzing cost & quality measurements.
• -
• Facility Site PST (Portfolio Steering Team), to ensure & align resources adequate to implement productivity projects by priority.
• -
• Track the update of Projects through Instantis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering.

• +3 years’ work experience

• Solid analytical and problem solving skills

• Project Management skill

Good English Communication and Presentation

• Green Belt certification is an advantage
