Roles & Responsibilities: Execution of maintenance plan by effective utilization of equipment’s, manpower and other resources Execution of PM and planned jobs as per the daily and monthly plan. Compliance of CBM observations and recommendations. Implementation of improvement programmers and projects. Asset Optimization system implementation planning Immediate attention to Electrical breakdowns and restoring the equipment to normalcy as soon as possible. Prioritization of jobs for optimal use of limited resources in case of multiple Electrical breakdowns and job requirements at a time. Focus & drive on continuous improvement programmers & special projects. Root Cause Analysis and review of repetitive Electrical maintenance breakdown of all critical equipment. Review of improvement projects for efficiency and results · Monitoring & control of all Utility system Maintenance Budgeting and control of repair and Electrical maintenance expenses. Import substitution of electrical spares and alternate vendor development. Planning, monitoring and controlling Electrical Spares inventory to improve operating costs Identification of the Electrical spares required and intimation to planning cell in structured manner for procurement with alternate plans. Develop and train in line with management initiative to meet the change of technology, modern equipment. Fixing up of performance objectives Performance appraisal & feedback to subordinates Role clarity to jobholder Multi skilling & Mentoring Identify potential employees and mentor them to develop succession line. Delegate with complete authority so that there is no losses. Recognize good performance and motivate team. Communicate, knowledge sharing and prepare employees about change § Identification of training needs, and recommendation of Training for Engineers outside & in-house. · Ensure safe working conditions for equipment and people. Review safety performance and prepare action plans. Compliance of QMS, OHSAS, ISO – 14001 requirements Desired Skills: ENGINEERING DEGREE in Electrical with minimum 7-8 years of experience. At least 2 to 3years experience in Aluminum Casting. He should have knowledge in PLC automation/drive/SCADA of rockwell, ABB, Siemens. Strong understanding of casting plant operations as well as high level of awareness of quality requirements of extrusion plants. Awareness of IMS system and best practices. Awareness of legal requirements.
