<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a <strong>Logistics Coordinator</strong>, you will play a critical role in supporting global logistics and fulfillment operations by coordinating shipments, managing exceptions, analyzing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure the efficient movement of products across a complex global supply chain network. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Execute daily logistics transactions, including standard parcel, air freight, ocean freight, and white-glove shipments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods (DG) documentation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against established service levels.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions, including delays, customs holds, delivery failures, and claims.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Respond to customer inquiries by providing shipment status updates and logistics process guidance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities while maintaining accurate shipment records.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support supplier and vendor onboarding activities, including process implementation and operational readiness.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor logistics partner performance against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of two years' experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or fulfillment coordination.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing domestic and international shipments through parcel, air, ocean, and specialized transportation modes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of freight forwarding customs processes, trade documentation, and supply chain operations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or case management platforms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
