Content Marketer (6 month fixed term)

As a Content Marketer within the Customer Marketing team, your mission is to keep our customers engaged, informed, and excited about the platform. Your focus is driving adoption, expansion, and retention across the post-sales journey. You'll create and run content and campaigns that make sure customers know about new capabilities, understand how to get value from them, and are set up to succeed, working hand in hand with Customer Education and the Account Management team.

• Make every new product release land; the right message, to the right customers, at the right moment.

• Focus on messaging with campaigns tailored to specific segments, industries, and use cases.

Your Responsibilities

• -
• Plan and run customer marketing campaigns end to end, from segmentation and messaging through launch, monitoring, and reporting.
• -
• Lead product-launch communications to existing customers, driving awareness and uptake of new features and releases.

• Analyse the customer base to build segment- and use-case-specific campaigns, defining the audience, message, and content for each.

• Build, segment, and send customer emails, including release announcements and program communications (HubSpot or similar).

• Own recurring customer touchpoints and engagement initiatives, product updates, webinars, and similar programs.
• -
• Keep the existing-customer content library accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• -
• Partner with Account Management to align campaigns with expansion and renewal goals, and with Product Marketing on messaging and positioning for new capabilities.

• Support the wider content team with content for other channels when needed.
