About the Role

Pearl Meyer is seeking an Associate Survey Account Manager to join our Survey team. In this client-facing role, you will manage a portfolio of compensation survey clients, guide them through the survey process, and help deliver accurate, actionable compensation and benefits data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, working with data, and managing detailed projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with Survey Project Managers and other colleagues while developing deeper expertise in compensation, benefits, and survey methodology.

What You'll Do

Manage Client Relationships

• Manage assigned client accounts from onboarding through survey completion and reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for questions about survey participation, data, reports, and deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive, thoughtful, and accurate service.
• Maintain client records and databases while ensuring information remains complete and current.

Support the Survey Lifecycle

• Partner with Survey Project Managers throughout the survey cycle, including data collection, validation, analysis, peer review, and report publication.
• Review client-submitted information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients to keep survey projects moving forward.
• Support ad hoc surveys, special projects, and other team initiatives.

Work with Data and Technology

• Use Pearl Meyer's survey technology and internal systems to administer compensation and benefits surveys.
• Analyze survey results and help clients understand the information presented in reports.
• Identify data issues, investigate discrepancies, and support quality-control efforts.
• Develop expertise in compensation survey practices, methodologies, and market data.

Communicate Clearly

• Prepare timely client communications about survey launches, deadlines, reports, new offerings, and product updates.
• Translate detailed survey information into clear, practical guidance for clients.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure clients receive consistent and accurate information.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000 USD

per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Base salary may vary based on factors including location, qualifications, education and professional certifications, relevant experience, and performance, consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency requirements.
