The Role: Channel Specialist with Project DNA

As a Channel Specialist Panel Builders in the commercial buildings sector, you are much more than a sales professional. You have a genuine affinity for projects. That means you not only close deals, but also understand how projects work, who is involved, and how you can contribute commercially to their success.

You will work with panel builders on projects such as hospitals, hotels, data centers, and distribution centers. You are the connecting link: inspiring panel builders, advising them on smart ABB solutions, and ensuring projects are successfully delivered.

What will you do?

• Build and manage relationships with panel builders in the commercial buildings sector.
• Understand how their projects operate, from planning through completion.
• Promote ABB solutions, including intelligent power distribution, building automation, and EV charging solutions.
• Maximize cross-selling opportunities by integrating multiple ABB products into a single project.
• Involve ABB specialists and partners at an early stage of projects.
• Deliver presentations and win projects. You are the face of ABB.
• Provide technical support and consult customers on innovative solutions.

You recognize yourself in the following

• Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in electrical engineering or a related industry.
• A passion for technology and a curiosity about how things work.
• A project-oriented mindset and an understanding of project dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to close deals.
• A proactive, independent approach and strong relationship management skills.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• A willingness to learn and take the next step in your career.
