Strategy & Portfolio Execution Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Strategy & Portfolio Execution Analyst to join Nokia’s Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio organization. The Strategy & Portfolio Execution Analyst plays a key role in enabling strategic portfolio decisions by transforming complex business, financial and portfolio data into actionable insights and executive recommendations.
Working in close partnership with Portfolio Leaders, Finance, Business Groups and Corporate Real Estate leadership, the role supports portfolio strategy, business case development, governance, capital allocation and execution of strategic real estate initiatives. Rather than acting solely as a reporting or financial analyst, this position serves as a strategic advisor to the Portfolio Leadership community, helping drive portfolio performance, business outcomes and continuous improvement across Nokia’s global real estate portfolio.

• Partner with Portfolio Leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute real estate portfolio strategies aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.\
• Analyze portfolio performance and opportunities to support optimization, consolidation, expansion, relocation and footprint transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, capital allocation and strategic portfolio initiatives.
• Deliver data-driven insights and executive recommendations to support portfolio governance, strategic planning and decision-making.
• Support the execution of portfolio transformation programs including portfolio optimization, location strategy and workplace initiatives.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, analytics and reporting to monitor performance, risks, benefits realization and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities, validate assumptions and measure strategic value creation.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled analytics and innovation to enhance portfolio intelligence, reporting and decision support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, financial analysis, consulting or a similar analytical role.

• Strong financial modelling and business case development skills, including investment appraisal, scenario analysis and executive recommendations.
• Experience supporting portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, transformation programs or strategic investment initiatives.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills, with hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI and related tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and influence decision-making across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, combining strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a passion for automation, AI-enabled analytics and continuous improvement.
