MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization's data-driven decision-making process. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance our Management Information Systems, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and develop strategies to improve overall efficiency.

• Manage and optimize MIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives.
• Create and maintain efficient data workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is an asset.
• Familiarity with BFSI industry practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
