Legal Specialist

Coordinate with key internal as required preparing communication drafts inside and outside the company. Reviews the accuracy and alignment of legal documentation with Vodafone Qatar standards, polices aligned with local law.

Review the legal documentations and provide legal research required for legal advice and support to both the business and the department Head in engagements with internal stakeholders regarding legal matters.

Provide legal support, including coordinating drafting, negotiating, and advising on business-critical business operation projects

Research and provide advise the business on all legal aspects and drafting any related legal documents.

Advise stakeholders of legal risks and appropriate resolution strategy when customers' terms and conditions deviate from Vodafone Qatar's standard customer terms and conditions, in coordination with Legal director.

Assist in supporting the evaluation and preparation of submissions relating to key matters and proposed legislation/regulation.

• Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
• -
• Postgraduate degree preferred
• -
• 2 to 3 years of relevant quality corporate/commercial legal experience as part of a large corporate or private practice firm (telecom experience preferred)

• Legal specialist/ expertise as a core competence with fluency in both English and Arabic and an excellent written/ oral communication and interpersonal skills
