BDC Sales Executive, BDC - KLIA 2 MY

Manage the day-to-day operations of BDC and to market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes and remittance to customers

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Promote CIMB’s foreign exchange and remittance services.
• Assist customers with inquiries and banking needs.
• Handle customer issues, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Support and manage offsite BDC operations when required.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and diploma holders in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Familiarity with currency exchange operations is an advantage.
• Ability to identify expired, genuine, and counterfeit currency notes.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (7‑day roster) and relocate between BDC branches if required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic personality.
