This is to support the succession planning and bench strength goals of the Revenue Management Organization. To assist Revenue Leaders with specific responsibilities to deliver reports on timely manner.
This is a mentoring phase to ensure we build competent well-trained Revenue Management specialists and staff up the pipeline for our new hotels. The role will provide excellent opportunity to enter Revenue Management arena by taking responsibilities & contribute to achieve hotel room revenue.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management/Reservations experience, additional Hotel experience is an asset

Knowledge of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets

Professional certification (university Degree, Hotel School Diploma)

Knowledge of RM tools, ex. STR report, TravelClick reports (i.e. Rate 360 &Hotelligence 360)

Well versed with PMS, Delphi & RMS.

Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
