• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Fluency in Romanian, Italian, or German (spoken and written) is essential; English fluency required
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
