• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred, particularly in secondary/resale sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong network of landlords, investors, and buyers in the ready property market a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 50%–70% commission structure
