Enterprise SaaS - SFDC - Servicenow ( ITSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
• Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB enhancements.
• Build complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations.
• Configure Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and GenAI capabilities.
• Design reusable development frameworks and accelerators.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and monitoring tools.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules).
• Experience with:
• ITSM
• ITOM Discovery
• Service Mapping
• CMDB
• Event Management
• IntegrationHub
• Flow Designer
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA (Preferred)
• CIS-ITSM
• CIS-ITOM
