• 1.Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
• 2.Ensure product knowledge by company’s ways of training
• 3.Field demonstration (FODs)
• 4.Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
• 5.Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
• 6.Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
• 7.Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs
• 8.Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per company standard
