Sr. Finance Executive

• Lodging the Insurance claims and follow-up to receive the claims in time.
• Quarterly advance tax calculations and payments
• Attending to Income Tax matters including Transfer Pricing up to assessments in coordination with consultants
• Coordinating various audits like Stat, Tax, TP, Internal etc., along with Asst.Manager
• Assist to the Managerat the time of Finalization of accounts and Tax returns
• Monitoring of Bank Deposits for its maturity, placement and ensure the maximum benefit of Interest
• Coordinating with Secretarial consultants to ensure the secretarial compliance and keep the records up to date
• Ensure proper backups for the Schedules to signed financials to ensure the smooth flow of Tax assessments later
• Ensure the appropriate provisions made for the assigned GL on monthly basis
• Ensuring the compliance of the exception raised by with respect to ICFR and internal audit teams
• Ensuring the Compilation of GL schedule files (Soft copies by 9th working day & Hard copies by 20th day) & Review.
• Ensure correct accounting of the entries reflecting the correct division wise balance sheet accounting

Skill Sets

• A high level of Proficiency in Financial Accounting and accounting Standards
• Interactive and able to coordinate well with all the departments across the organization and with the auditors.
• Effective communication skills
• Computer savvy, with good skill set on Excel and other MS applications.
