About The Role

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including the accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Supervises the maintenance of general ledgers in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Maintain adequate system of internal controls, and document company accounting policies.
  • Prepare monthly account analysis and maintain accurate accounting records for the company.
  • Responsible for month end close. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. Ensure accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting. Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
  • Provide monthly financial statements and analysis reports for management team. Support of budget and forecast activities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Supervisory experience in AP and AR
  • Experience with accounting processes within an ERP environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with payroll calculation and processing.
  • $70K to $80K plus Bonus
