Job Summary

Provide strategic and technical leadership across the cybersecurity program for generation. Coordinate high-impact projects, set priorities, and influence cybersecurity policy and architectural decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• •Define and oversee implementation of cybersecurity architecture and lifecycle strategies.
• •Lead response to high-severity threats and represent generation in enterprise incident response.
• •Set standards for secure design and configuration for plant systems.
• •Collaborate with senior plant management and enterprise IT leaders.
• •Evaluate and recommend cybersecurity tools and vendors.
• •Drive continuous improvement and innovation in controls and processes.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or ICS roles.

•Expert in ICS/OT environments, network security, and regulatory compliance.

•Proven record of leading major cross-functional initiatives.

•Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

•Advanced certifications (e.g., Security+. Network+, CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred.

•Expert understanding of computer networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and segmentation. Experience with industrial or air-gapped networks is a plus.

•Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell, JavaScript and/or Python, to automate routine tasks, enforce security controls, and validate compliance is desired
