Job Description

• Canadian Solar Inc. is one of the world’s largest solar modular producers. As a leading vertically
• integrated provider of ingots, wafers, solar cells, solar modules, solar power systems and specialized
• solarproducts, Canadian Solar delivers uncompromising value to its customers across the globe.
• The MaterialHandlerI is responsible for tasks involving physical labor in a manufacturing plant and will
• be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools. The Material Operator will be responsible for
• the efficient of products according to established procedures following all safety protocols and
• workplace policies to ensure profitable business operations.

Responsibilities

• •Deliver raw materials to production lines as needed
• •Operate with ERP system to balance raw materials.
• •Handle material issues to minimize losses caused by line shut down
• •Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in
• compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct
• •Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures
• •Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •0-2 years (HS graduates, minimal work experience)
• •Able to take continental shift
• •SAP, and ERP system skills
• •Electric Pallet Jack experience
• •Inventory Control
• •Demonstrated ability to complete the above responsibilities
• •Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
• •Attention to detail in all areas of work
