Service Coordinator

We're on the lookout for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our Auckland branch.

This is a temporary role to cover a period of staff leave, providing an excellent opportunity to join our team and make and immediate impact.

In this vital role, you’ll ensure seamless service delivery to both internal teams and external customers. From job coordination and invoicing to reporting and technician support, you'll be a key part of making things run like clockwork - all while being the friendly, reliable voice our client’s trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end job processing – from call logging to invoice completion
• Provide responsive and helpful customer support (phone, email, and face-to-face)
• Generate and deliver accurate monthly reports for key clients
• Manage purchase orders in line with company processes
• Assist technicians with system queries using our Uptick software
• Build strong relationships with major clients and ensure service level targets are met
• Support month-end meetings and maintain high-quality service standards
• Provide backup for other team members when needed

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Proven admin or coordination experience (preferably in technical or service industries)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Confident using Excel, job management systems, and general business software
• A customer-first attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
