C#/.NET - MongoDB

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, ensuring code is clean, performant, and adheres to high-quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and propose architectural improvements to optimize platform performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team, promoting best development practices and contributing to team growth.
• Development of scripts for data extraction from MongoDB.
• Creation and maintenance of APIs for data processing and delivery.
• Optimization of MongoDB queries for report generation.
• Collaboration with analytics teams to understand reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Senior-level C#/.NET, experience building and refactoring complex backend domain logic.
• Strong automated-testing discipline: unit, integration, and regression coverage.
• MongoDB / NoSQL data modeling.
• Comfortable owning a feature end to end and working independently.
• AWS (KMS, SSM, Secrets Manager) and data-security work, e.g. field-level encryption at rest.
• Observability instrumentation (DataDog / StatsD, structured logging).
• CI/CD and containerization: Docker / docker-compose, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Test automation frameworks, Playwright / TypeScript.
• Some full-stack range (TypeScript, Razor) to move across the stack when needed.
