What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor concrete quality during transport and delivery while following operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and support a clean, safe work environment.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, identify concerns, and take appropriate action.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
• Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work demands.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $30.00 - $39.70 per hour (NYS Prevailing Wage)
