<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director, Assistant Hospital Manager, and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Operational Oversight:</strong> Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Strategic Direction:</strong> Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Project & Facility Management:</strong> Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Client & Community Engagement:</strong> Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Veterinary hospital management experience strongly preferred; medical, dental, or healthcare practice management experience also considered.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous veterinary experience (e.g., Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Client Service Representative) preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.</span></li>
