&lt;p&gt;Team Supervision &amp;amp; Leadership&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of OTC Billing Specialists.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs) for the billing team and monitor progress.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Standardize training materials and ensure the team is cross-trained on various OTC workflows and customer portfolios.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Order-to-Cash Billing Operations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the end-to-end billing workflow, ensuring sales orders, contracts, and shipping/delivery data are accurately converted into customer invoices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review and approve high-value invoices, credit/debit memos, manual adjustments, and cancellations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure tight integration and communication between the billing team, Order Management (Customer Service), Credit/Collections, and Cash Application.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage customer-specific billing requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dispute Management &amp;amp; Customer Relations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve as the escalation point for complex billing disputes, price discrepancies, and tax issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Collections to resolve root causes of billing-related payment delays, minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure timely resolution of customer queries regarding invoices and statements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Compliance, Reporting &amp;amp; Month-End Close&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee month-end close activities for the billing ledger, ensuring all revenue-generating activities for the period are billed and posted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform reconciliations between order management systems and the general ledger (GL).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Generate and present key OTC metrics (e.g., Billing Accuracy, Invoice Cycle Time, Unbilled Revenue, Credit Memo volume).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain strict adherence to internal controls (SOX compliance) regarding revenue recognition, pricing approvals, and credit memo issuance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;System &amp;amp; Process Optimization&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual billing processes and reduce billing errors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with IT and OTC Systems teams to test and implement ERP system enhancements&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Minimum 10-12 years of experiencing in Billing team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong Team handling experience (minimum 2-5yrs experience)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preferred experience in SSC/Media/Advertising&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills for negotiation &amp;amp; reconciliation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible attitude to achieve results.&lt;/li&gt;
