Senior Founding Engineer

About the Role

You will help shape the technical core of an early stage AI driven banking platform. This is a foundational engineering role focused on making high impact architectural decisions and driving the product from first principles.

What You'll Do

• Define core problems to solve and design the underlying intelligent systems.

• Tackle the most critical product or technical challenges the team faces.
• -
• Build models that reason about economic decisions and reconcile evidence across data sources.
• -
• Develop agents that coordinate complex financial workflows across multiple counterparties.
• -
• Own end-to-end architecture, infrastructure, evaluations and product interfaces.
• -
• Help recruit and establish operational standards for the technical team.
• -
• Publish technical ideas and contribute to internal and external learning.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 10+ years of experience shipping production grade systems and owning critical technical decisions.
• -
• Strong background in applied AI, building intelligent agents and models for business processes.
• -
• Experience owning architecture, infrastructure and product interfaces for complex AI systems.
• -
• Experience building AI models for business processes, evidence reconciliation and decision propagation.
• -
• Expertise creating intelligent agents for multi party workflow coordination across backend systems and product interfaces.
• -
• Experience with AI components such as retrieval, memory systems and evaluation frameworks in data intensive environments.
• -
• Familiarity with financial or other complex professional workflows is a plus.
• -
• Excellent code quality and ability to translate ambiguous problems into working products.

Compensation & Benefits
