• Drive the preparation for periodic Management/ BOD/ BOC meetings to ensure all meetings will be held effectively, follow up actions are monitored, and information presented are timely and accurate.
• Drive the preparation for business review meetings and provide business analysis as well as insight to ensure availability of comprehensive information as basis for Management's decision-making process.
• Coordinate preparations, review, monitoring, and submission of the Bank DBS!

Scorecard to ensure the DBSI Scorecard is updated, confirmed with relevant units, and delivered as scheduled.

• Coordinate Branch Governance, branch dashboards, and Branch Forums to provide the latest information to all stakeholders for monitoring, review, and decision-making basis for follow-up actions.
• Coordinate preparations for the Country Business Review to ensure information

• and materials are updated, communicated to all relevant stakeholders, reviewed, and effectively delivered as per schedule for the Country Presentation with the
• Group CEO.

• Coordinate the implementation of Bank's strategic initiatives to ensure involvement

of all relevant BUSUs, obtain necessary information, periodically monitor initiatives, and ensure timely execution.

• Support internal communication processes including Townhall meetings, IDLC, and

Annual Reports.

• Coordinate strategic related reporting to OJK.
• Review the competitor benchmarking report periodically.
• Assist in preparing the townhall materials or other internal leadership function material for CEO.
