Lab Student Extern

Per Diem, Rotate

This is a temporary position. Under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Lead Technologist or Supervisor, processes laboratory testing in sections where the successful completion of a clinical rotation has occurred. Tasks performed will include only those which do not require certification or licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

EDUCATION

Required: Active enrollment in, with progression towards completion, or completion of a Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Medical Technology.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Completion of a clinical rotation in the section(s) of work assignment.
