As an Assistant Marketing, a typical day will include

-

Performs general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).

Receives, records, and relays messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.

Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turnsthem into management at the end of the shift.

Provides reporting daily to manager/supervisors.

To Become an Assistant Marketing

• Successful candidates will have administrative or customer service experience and interact with others either in person or by phone.

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Computer/technical experience preferred.

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
