About The Role

  1. 负责业务数据的系统录入与维护，严格把控数据录入的准确性与时效性，保障业务信息完整、规范；
  2. 协助办理发票开具及票据管理工作，按照财务规范完成发票信息的核对、录入与归档，确保票据流程合规；
  3. 跟进发票付款相关流程，完成付款材料的整理与提交；
  4. 与客户、供应商进行业务账单核对工作，日常整理对账数据，及时反馈差异信息；
  5. 协助完成上级交办的各项业务支持工作，参与部门日常事务的协调与推进，确保各项工作按时、保质完成。
  1. 英语四级，物流管理、市场营销、财务等相关专业优先；
  2. 严谨细致，具备较强的数据敏感度；
  3. 熟悉商务流程，具备基础财税知识；
  4. 责任心强，具备良好的学习能力与抗压能力；
  5. 时间观念强、工作有条理，对领导安排相关工作按时完成并及时汇报进度。
