About The Role

  1. 参与风电场全生命周期运维支持工作，涵盖项目接货、吊装、验收、调试、检修、维护、巡视及技改等环节，在导师带教下系统学习风电运维流程与规范。
  2. 协助开展机组运行关键指标监测与分析，保障设备安全稳定运行，提升基础运维响应与执行能力。
  3. 按项目分工参与安全管理、技术文档整理、物资台账维护、质量过程记录、标准化体系执行及客户协同沟通等工作，培养多维度项目支撑能力。
  1. 本科及以上学历，机械类、自动化类、机电类、电气类、新能源科学与工程等相关专业2027届应届毕业生。
  2. 具备扎实的机械、电气基础知识，熟练使用Office办公软件。
  3. 具备基本故障识别意识、数据分析入门能力、良好沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力及较强执行力。
  4. 对风电行业有热情，学习意愿强，能适应阶段性现场实践与跨区域轮岗安排；
  5. 持有或愿意考取高处安装、维护、拆除作业证，高压电工证。
