Group Company: GSL India Designation: Executive - Conversion Office Location: Tarapur Factory Position description: Shift Engineer Primary Responsibilities: Knowledge of chemical handling which is used in process with hazardous chemical, Maintain quality parameter with safety Troubleshooting in case of break Down Communication with other department Planning production activity Manage daily operations in our plant facility Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility Ensure quality products and zero customer complaints with on time delivery Test and monitor plant processes Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports Maintain all administrative records Control costs to achieve company budget goals People management & people building- training and developing juniors to undertake higher responsibilities Additional Responsibilities: Reporting Team Reporting Designation: Assistant Manager - Conversion (GSL_OM_CON_PR_AM) Reporting Department: Production (GSL_OM_CON_PR) Educational qualifications preferred Category: Bachelor's Degree Field specialization: Chemical Engineering
