As part of our dynamic recruitment team in Mississauga, you will play a key role in attracting top talent that supports our engineering, construction, and project-driven operations. This 12-15-month contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and help shape the workforce that drives our mission forward.
Your role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to support diverse business hiring needs.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Implement sourcing strategies using social media, networking, referrals, and talent campaigns.
• Develop and maintain specialized candidate pipelines through market research and competitor insights.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to document activities and ensure process efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen market presence.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness.

About you

• Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to attract and engage talent through networking, cold calling, and talent campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Aptitude for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
