We're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team as Fundraising Ambassadors representing Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), one of the world's most respected humanitarian organisations.

This is not your average desk job. You'll be out in communities across Ireland, having meaningful conversations, sharing the life-saving work of MSF, and inspiring people to support a cause that changes lives around the world.

No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide fully paid training from day one, giving you all the tools and support you need to succeed.

Please note: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Requirements

What's in it for you?

• €26,000 - €27,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission with OTE of €38,000+
• €7 daily lunch allowance
• Mileage allowance of €0.15 per km

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with members of the public in residential communities
• Sharing the important work of Médecins Sans Frontières
• Inspiring people to become long-term supporters of MSF
• Representing the organisation in a professional and engaging manner
• Travelling to different locations across Ireland as part of your role
• Developing valuable communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Working as part of a motivated and supportive team
