Lead Assistant Manager

• Education Requirements: Graduate Degree in Accounting/ CA/CA intermediate/ICWA/ICWA intermediate/MBA finance
• Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• –Understand end to end month end closing , journal posting and intercompany transaction
• –Conduct reconciliation and perform variance analysis
• –Analyze actuals vs. budget variances and provide actionable insights.
• –Review and analyze profit and loss statements for strategic decision-making.
• –Collaborate with clients to address financial queries and build strong relationships.

Role Specific Skills

• –Understanding of month end close, B’S reconciliation,
• –UK GAAP, Variance analysis, Prepare, review and Analyze financial statements
• –General ledger and inter-company transition

Technical/Soft Skills

• –Proficient in MS Office & Advance Excel
• –Strong knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS15 & 16
• –Excellent client interaction and communication skills
