HR Business Partner

In this role, you will provide autonomous support on operational and complex HR matters, contribute to strategic People initiatives, and align HR practices with business objectives. You will work in a collaborative and international environment, supporting managers and employees across a growing and diverse organization.

• Act as the HR partner of reference for managers within your scope, providing coaching, HR guidance, and support on employee-related decisions.
• Challenge managers constructively on compensation positioning, performance management, managerial practices, and other people's decisions.
• Partner with the business to anticipate HR needs and align people strategies with operational objectives.
