Customer Success Manager

Join Tracksuit as a Brand Champion, where you'll be responsible for ensuring marketers get maximum value from their brand health data. You'll onboard and activate customers, run quarterly check-ins, protect and grow accounts, translate insights into actionable signals, maintain accurate health and forecasts, improve the customer experience, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Success in this role will be measured by achieving growth targets, documenting success plans, creating a clear expansion pipeline, and providing valuable customer insights.

• Onboard and activate customers, set clear success plans, and ensure they achieve first value quickly.
• Lead Quarterly Check-Ins, tie product usage to outcomes, and run brilliant rhythms to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Spot risk early, build save plans, own renewals, and drive expansion to protect and grow the customer portfolio.

• Data-literate and product-curious; comfortable guiding conversations with dashboards
• Commercial chops (GRR/NRR, negotiation, forecasting) and a bias to outcomes
• Brand & marketing fluency—you get why brand matters and how to prove it
• Excellent written & verbal comms across exec, user and technical audiences
• Tools familiarity (we use Vitally, HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, Google Workspace)

• 2–4+ years in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B SaaS or adjacent)
