About The Role

About Traveloka Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region. We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that. About the Team Corporate Travel serves businesses, not just individual travellers. We are building Traveloka's B2B offering into the default way companies across Southeast Asia book, manage, and report on employee travel — with the approval workflows, spend controls, and reporting that procurement and finance teams actually require. On the commercial side, you own the market: signing and growing corporate accounts, shaping the supplier and pricing relationships behind them, and running the operations that keep delivery tight as we scale across markets. This is a young, high-growth segment with its own buying behaviour, so you will shape the playbook rather than inherit one. You sit close to the product and the customer at once, and you can see your accounts, your margins, and your market share move because of decisions you made this quarter. About the Job As a Associate Manager in Corporate Travel Commercial, you own the most complex accounts and the harder, often loosely-defined market problems — and you set the standard for how Market Management is done here as a senior individual contributor, guiding others without people-management accountability. Own a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts, including the largest and most demanding, taking accountability for the decisions that grow their travel programme on Traveloka year over year Set the commercial strategy for a market or segment — the prospect list, the supplier priorities, the pricing posture — and drive it to target, working across the supplier, product, and operations questions it raises Lead high-stakes renewals and competitive deals, persuading senior client stakeholders of your position and owning the commercial terms Diagnose what is holding growth back across your patch — supply gaps, platform friction, pricing — and lead the cross-team project work that enhances how we deliver and fixes it Build the analyses and frameworks the wider team reuses: account scoring, savings models, business review templates Coach junior analysts on commercial judgment and review their client-facing work before it ships, without owning their performance Represent corporate travel's needs to product and operations, shaping the roadmap with hard evidence Job Requirements You have at least 5 years in market or account management, commercial strategy, or B2B business development, ideally in travel, procurement, or platform businesses You handle ambiguity and complexity independently — large accounts, multi-stakeholder deals, conflicting priorities — and bring order to them You have deep command of how corporate travel programmes work commercially, from policy and approval design to cost and savings measurement You are a strong negotiator who has closed and defended material contracts You set the analytical bar: your models, frameworks, and recommendations become how the team works You mentor others and raise their commercial judgment as a senior individual contributor, not a line manager You use AI fluently to scale research and analysis, and you know where human judgment must override it You hold a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience; a relevant postgraduate qualification is welcome You communicate and influence with authority in English; a relevant regional language strengthens your client relationships You have built a market or account segment from a standing start to meaningful revenue You have deep relationships across the regional corporate travel ecosystem — TMCs, suppliers, procurement leaders You have introduced a commercial framework or tool that measurably lifted team performance Join Us If you have read this far and felt something click — the problem, the scale, the moment — we would like to hear from you. We review every application. If your background is a strong fit, you will hear from us within 5 business days. We are building the kind of company where strong people choose to stay because the work keeps getting bigger and better. If that is what you are looking for, apply.
