TransUnion helps businesses use data, analytics, and insight to make better decisions, manage risk, and grow. In Brazil, the Marketing team leads local B2B strategy, planning, execution, and performance in partnership with Global Marketing.

We connect market insight, brand, content, digital demand generation, communications, and sales enablement to support growth in Brazil.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager partners with business leaders to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support growth in Brazil. This role leads campaigns, brand initiatives, communications, thought leadership, and go-to-market programs, with clear accountability for performance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to drive growth by

  • Leading integrated marketing programs that strengthen market position, generate demand, and support pipeline growth in Brazil
  • Partnering with sales, product, solutions, and global marketing teams to deliver programs aligned to business priorities and customer needs
  • Shaping local go-to-market plans, value propositions, and campaign strategies that support solution adoption and market growth
  • Using customer insight, market intelligence, and performance data to improve strategy, optimize investment, and inform decision-making
  • Owning marketing performance against agreed goals, including pipeline influence, engagement, campaign effectiveness, and brand impact
  • Managing budgets, agency partners, and reporting with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team members and partners to build a high-performing, collaborative marketing capability

Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to

  • Leads marketing activity across the business, providing direction, prioritization, and support:
  • Shapes local marketing, brand, and communications priorities in line with business strategy and market opportunity
  • Owns the annual and quarterly marketing plan for Brazil, including priorities, campaign calendar, budget allocation, and performance tracking
  • Brings forward new ideas, channel strategies, and audience-led approaches that improve marketing effectiveness and business results
  • Develops integrated campaign tactics aligned to business priorities, monitors performance throughout the funnel, and continuously optimizes programs based on results and insight.
  • Owns the digital experience for TransUnion Brazil B2B marketing touchpoints, including web content, campaign landing pages, and continuous optimization.

Leads the execution of strategic marketing projects

  • Partners with business leaders to translate commercial priorities, market opportunities, and customer needs into actionable marketing plans
  • Leads multiple programs from concept through execution and post-campaign review, ensuring clear objectives, strong governance, and measurable outcomes
  • Oversees execution of campaigns, customer events, webinars, and thought leadership programs to deliver high-quality audience experiences and commercial impact
  • Ensures sales and solutions teams have the right campaign messaging, assets, and launch information to support effective go-to-market execution
  • Measures performance across campaigns and initiatives, identifies learnings, and drives corrective action and optimization where needed

Builds and manages operational relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on B2B marketing strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning
  • Builds strong cross-functional partnerships to solve business challenges, align priorities, and accelerate execution
  • Works across the organization to support integrated brand, communications, content, and campaign initiatives
  • Acts as the key regional interface with the TU Marketing Global Capabilities Centre to coordinate delivery for Brazil, improve ways of working, and ensure quality and consistency across outputs
  • Builds strong relationships with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure activity aligns with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and local regulatory requirements in Brazil.
  • Supports our Agile approach by working with the Global team to ensure that Brazil projects and corresponding resources are included in PI planning.
  • Partners with content and thought leadership teams to build forward-looking campaign plans and ensure assets are delivered in time to support launch and follow-through
  • Ensure continuous improvement and professional development

Manages the budget for Brazil Marketing

  • Plans annual and quarterly budget requirements for projects.
  • Advises leadership of committed and available budget and monitors actual expenses according to projections.
  • Continually monitors and ensures that the most cost-effective resources and best practices are used to maximize the return on investment.
  • Plans, secures and actively tracks and reports the budget allocated for specific projects, including events.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B marketing, communications, or go-to-market roles, with meaningful experience in a senior capacity
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing disciplines, including integrated campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, go-to-market planning, and customer engagement
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans, lead generation programs, thought leadership initiatives, and integrated campaigns that support business growth.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to manage programs, track performance, and improve effectiveness.
  • Experience leading team members, agency partners, or cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with modern marketing and analytics tools such as CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, campaign platforms, and workflow tools.
  • Advance English level
